Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative located anywhere in the Northeastern US to join our team and cover the Northeastern and Mid Atlantic region, catering to organic-minded landscapers, including schools and universities, throughout the region. Firehawk is a non-selective bioherbicide that replaces toxic herbicides such as glyphosate and glufosinate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by building strong relationships with customers and providing exceptional service, including providing on site instruction and follow up to ensure customer success. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying customer needs and delivering tailored solutions that meet their expectations. Base salary plus commission.
Responsibilities
Engage with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Conduct product presentations and offer instruction and/or demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
Achieve sales targets by implementing strategic sales plans and actively pursuing new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to identify promotional opportunities and enhance brand visibility.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships and providing outstanding service.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
A positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset are essential for success in this role.
