We are currently seeking a Relationship Manager B2B to join our growing fintech company in the UAE. This role is pivotal in driving business growth through strategic partnerships and exceptional client management.
Key Highlights of the Role
Partnership Development: Work closely with external partners, including relationship managers from leading banks, to drive mutual growth and ensure excellent customer service.
Strategic Growth: Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive the growth of company’s solutions.
Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, financial institutions, and strategic partners to promote fintech offerings.
Product Advocacy: Serve as an advocate for products, conducting presentations and demonstrations to highlight the value and benefits to potential clients.
Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, technology, and customer support teams to ensure product success and seamless delivery of services.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in B2B relationship management, ideally in fintech or a related sector.
Strong communication and negotiation skills in English & Arabic: Arabic speakers preferred
A results-driven approach with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Experience
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior executives and decision-makers.
Experience working with B2B customers and developing long-term business relationships.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of payroll solutions, pre-paid cards, and remittance services in the GCC region is highly desirable.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development in the GCC region, preferably within fintech or payment solutions.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field. Advanced qualifications are a plus.
