Job Description:
As an Appointment Setter at Med Clinic AI, you will play a crucial role in connecting our innovative technology with potential clients. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to clinics, engaging decision-makers, and booking qualified sales appointments that pave the way for our growth. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where your communication skills and persistence will directly contribute to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect Outreach: Utilize various communication channels (phone, email, social media) to identify and engage potential clients in the healthcare space.
Lead Qualification: Assess prospects’ needs and determine their fit for our AI-powered appointment scheduling solutions.
Appointment Scheduling: Secure and schedule high-quality sales appointments for our senior sales team.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and ensure seamless handoffs.
Feedback Loop: Provide feedback from prospects to help continually refine messaging and improve our sales process.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven Experience: 1-2 years of experience in appointment setting, sales support, or lead generation—preferably in the tech or healthcare industry.
Exceptional Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
Self-Motivated: Highly driven and target-oriented with a passion for meeting and exceeding goals.
