Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Marketing Coordinator to enhance our vibrant marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in executing various marketing initiatives, which include organizing events, managing marketing campaigns, creating engaging content, and overseeing social media presence. Your ability to partner effectively with external agencies, vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders will be vital in facilitating seamless marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and participate in marketing events such as conferences, webinars, customer dinners, and sponsor ships.

Assist in the creation and editing of marketing content, which includes proofreading, scheduling video shoots, and providing design support.

Monitor and engage with interactions on blogs and social media channels.

Identify and pursue opportunities for industry recognition by submitting award nominations annually.

Maintain review platforms, ensuring timely responses to both favorable and unfavorable reviews.

Support the management and functionality of Hub Spot, addressing sync errors and monitoring campaign progress.

Help create effective email campaigns and landing pages.

Collaborate on various marketing projects, ensuring timely completion and addressing any concerns as necessary.

Ensure all marketing materials comply with brand guidelines and messaging.

Required Skills

2+ years of experience in a sales or marketing capacity.

At least 1 year of experience focused on crafting sales or marketing content (e.g., social media posts, email campaigns, blog articles).

1+ year of experience in planning and executing events (e.g., conferences, webinars, customer dinners).

Strong organizational, project management, and communication abilities.

Basic understanding of brand guidelines and copywriting across various channels.

Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Hub Spot or Marketo (preferred).

6+ months of experience with Salesforce, including foundational report generation.

Prior experience in social media management and scheduling.

Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira (preferred).

Qualifications

A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience) is preferred.
