Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Marketing/Sales/Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. This role requires a keen understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze performance metrics to optimize content. (Male gender position)
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, and LinkedIn.
Create engaging content that resonates with target audiences while maintaining brand voice and identity.
Utilize tools such as Hootsuite for scheduling posts and monitoring engagement metrics.
Conduct thorough research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Be knowledgeable in marketing to align social media campaigns with overall marketing goals.
Proofread all content to ensure accuracy and consistency before publication.
Edit videos and graphics using Adobe Creative Suite to enhance visual appeal of posts.
Analyze performance data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Manage online community interactions by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
Skills
Proficient in social media marketing with a strong understanding of various platforms’ algorithms and best practices.
Experience with video editing software and graphic design tools within Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail in written communication.
Ability to conduct research effectively to inform content strategy and advertising efforts.
Familiarity with advertising on social media platforms to maximize reach and engagement.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas that captivate audiences.
