Resident Assistant| PRN Jobs in State College, PA at Harmony at State College
As the leader of a canvassing team, you’ll play a key role showcasing our company’s services to potential leads. You will lead our door to door canvassing team, from training and delivering results in the field, to analyzing results to improve performance.
Key responsibilities:
lead, motivate and guide our door to door canvassing team to achieve weekly results.
Assist company management in recruitment including insight during screenings and interviews.
Contribute to the training program and scripts to build and execute effective canvassing practices, fostering a positive work environment for the team.
Monitor execution; delivering feedback and observing practices in the field to maximize canvasser success.
Transport the team to and from the field as needed.
Excellent communication with company management regarding goals, performance, needs and results for both customer aqquisition and company metrics.
Qualifications:
proven experience in managing, motivating, and leading multiple team members in sales, canvassing, or marketing.
Excellent knowledge of residential construction and exterior home improvement a plus.
Proactive, positive, goal-oriented mindset.
Strong communication skills with both employees and customers.
Comfortable in an outdoor environment.
Compensation Structure:
100% commission structure. Potential for $80000 to $110,000 range per year.
Schedule:
Full time (Monday – Friday) 10am – 6pm EST and occasional weekends as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $50.00 – $250.00 per day
Expected hours: 30 per week
