We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Duties
Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including kitchen management, food preparation, and bar service.
Train, supervise, and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of quality.
Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation.
Implement health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe environment for both staff and customers.
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative menu items that align with customer preferences.
Utilize Aloha POS system for efficient order processing and financial tracking.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
Monitor financial performance and implement strategies for cost control and revenue enhancement.
Marketing with Social Media and other
Experience
Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of kitchen management practices, food preparation techniques, and culinary arts.
Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of restaurant operations.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
