Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer support and facilitating sales opportunities. Your ability to communicate effectively and maintain a positive attitude will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities
Accurately enter customer data into the system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and correct.
Provide excellent client services by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and improve service delivery.
Assist in the development of customer relationships through effective communication strategies.
Train new team members in the process of giving customers proper information
Educate customers on all transactions
Take control and lead others as needed
Experience
Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail is essential.
Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as this will enhance communication with diverse clients.
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are required for success in this role
