We are hiring an experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a multifamily community. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can drive leasing results, manage property performance, and deliver an exceptional resident experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage all day-to-day property operations, including leasing, maintenance, resident relations, and financial performance.
Lead and mentor the on-site team to meet and exceed occupancy, delinquency, and resident satisfaction goals.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain residents.
Enforce rent collection policies and minimize delinquency.
Partner with maintenance staff to ensure timely unit turns, work order completion, and excellent curb appeal.
Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and operational plans.
Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing laws, and local/state/federal regulations.
Maintain strong vendor relationships and oversee contract services as needed.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Property Manager in the multifamily housing industry (required).
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and hold your team accountable.
Experience managing budgets and driving NOI performance.
Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of marketing platforms and lead management systems is a plus (Birdeye, CRM tools, etc.).
