Retail Brand Associate Responsibilities:
Identify potential customers and guide them through the sales process
Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge, articulating features and benefits aligned with customer needs
Achieve retail sales goals by following a defined sales and customer service process in line with our retail partner’s policies
Provide expert service recommendations that meet customer requirements
Greet customers with a warm and inviting demeanor

Retail Brand Associate Qualifications and Experience:
Excellent communication skills

This role requires commuting to our Philadelphia office location daily and attending events within a 30-mile radius of the Philadelphia and South New Jersey territory.
