Retail Event Marketing Manager Jobs in Houston, TX at Leaf Home

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales and Marketing Administrator to join this Residential Home Builder to help support their Sales and Marketing Departments administratively and manage all of the social media accounts internally. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, preferably have a Real Estate license, and will work closely with Senior Management to help facilitate the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing all listing and marketing materials.
Manage all social media accounts with weekly posting, relevant content and communicate with onsite Sales team for messaging information.
Work closely with outside Advertising agency to ensure content, budget, and return on investment for marketing dollars spent.
Work closely with company’s paid advertising services to ensure ROI and increased website traffic.
Be responsible for monitoring monthly marketing budgets and make recommendations based on results
Work on platforms such as Vertical Response for administrating email marketing, surveys and customer engagement.

Qualifications:

Real Estate license preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Be proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
Be motivated to succeed and grow with the company
