Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to join our team at Sagar Hospitals. As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our retail outlets located within our hospitals and clinics. You will manage a team of retail staff, drive sales and profitability, and ensure excellent customer service. This is a full-time position with Senior level experience required (7 to 10 years).

Qualifications And Skills

Senior level experience as a Retail Manager, preferably in the healthcare industry

Proven track record of driving sales and achieving targets

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions

Roles And Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail outlets within our hospitals and clinics

Manage and lead a team of retail staff, including hiring, training, and performance management

Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve sales targets

Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify trends, and implement corrective actions

Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining high standards of product knowledge and service delivery

Manage inventory levels, control costs, and optimize stock rotation

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns and promotions

Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols
