Duties
Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and store presentation.
Develop and implement effective marketing strategies, including social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing to attract and retain customers.
Utilize Google and other market research tools to analyze sales trends and customer preferences.
Manage inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability while minimizing excess.
Collaborate with the sales team to set achievable targets and motivate staff to exceed them.
Coordinate advertising efforts across various platforms including print advertising and digital channels.
Maintain the store’s Shopify website, ensuring product listings are up-to-date and engaging.
Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance to foster a positive work environment.
Monitor financial performance metrics, preparing reports for upper management as needed.
Qualifications
Proven experience in retail management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools and techniques.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation for brand promotion.
Familiarity with sales strategies and techniques that drive results.
