Overview: Polar Beverages is looking for an energetic, self-motivated, reliable, and seltzer-loving Field Marketing Coordinator to represent Polar Seltzer products at events in the region.
Candidates must be bilingual (English/Spanish), able to work 40 hours a week, be outgoing, dependable, and have excellent communication skills. Candidates must also be able to work independently, problem solve, develop a support team and make decisions on the fly.
Responsibilities:
Plan, identify, staff, and recap all events in San Diego California
Act as the face of the brand
Generate brand awareness
Coordinate marketing events, trade shows, partnerships
In-Store Sampling
Lifestyle Events
VIP and Press Deliveries & Drop offs
Management and organization of materials and vehicles:
Storage unit with promo items, table clothes, product
Marketing vehicle
Distributor Support:
Coordinate with distributor for in-store support
Identify retailers that need in-store sampling support
Routinely ride-along with distributor sales team to support Polar products
Retailer Support:
Follow up with key retailers and act as a direct point person for Polar
Merchandise stores and hang Polar POS
Minimum Requirements:
Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license in good standing
Availability for working nights, weekends and early mornings
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Have energetic personality and work independently
Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
