What You’ll Do:
Marketing Strategy & Brand Management (70%)
Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan targeting trade partners, direct consumers, and commercial collaborators.
Strengthen and unify the Journey Group brand across all destinations and product lines.
Oversee content marketing, paid media, and digital engagement strategies to enhance visibility and conversion.
Lead PR efforts, manage media relationships, and secure high-value placements in key travel publications.
Drive website performance, SEO, and UX improvements to optimize lead generation.
Partnerships, Sales Enablement & Digital Engagement (20%)
Collaborate with Business Development and Sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
Support trade partners with marketing toolkits, co-branded campaigns, and training materials.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and consumer insights to refine strategies.
Oversee social media and influencer partnerships to expand audience reach.
Budget, Analytics & Leadership (10%)
Manage marketing budgets, ensuring high ROI on campaigns and initiatives.
Track KPIs, analyze performance data, and refine strategies accordingly.
Lead and mentor a team, fostering creativity, collaboration, and innovation.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven Expertise – 7–10+ years in marketing, with at least 5 years in the travel or luxury industry.
Strategic & Data-Driven – Experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing plans.
Exceptional Communicator – Strong storytelling, PR, and brand-building skills.
Global & Cultural Awareness – Firsthand knowledge of Mexico, Central America, and South America preferred.
Bilingual Advantage – Fluency in English required; Spanish highly preferred. Additional languages (French, German, Portuguese) are a plus.
