SUMMARY: The Graphic Designer & Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and executing visually compelling designs and marketing strategies that enhance the association’s brand and engagement. This role will develop print and digital materials, manage social media content, execute marketing campaigns, and ensure cohesive messaging across all communication channels.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Graphic Design & Branding
Design and produce creative materials for print and digital platforms, including but not limited to: advertisements, business cards, brochures, flyers, posters, event materials, email templates, social media graphics, web banners, PowerPoint presentations, and signage.
Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all association materials.
Manage the association’s creative assets and maintain a digital library of design files.
Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging visuals that support key initiatives and events.
Work with vendors to bid production jobs and oversee printing, ensuring quality and cost-efficiency.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
Plan and maintain social media content calendar.
Create and post engaging content across association’s social media platforms, ensuring consistent updates.
Respond promptly to messages, comments, and member inquiries on social media.
Monitor trends, industry news, and competitor strategies to inform content development and provide a monthly report with insights and recommendations.
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media ads, and website content updates.
Work with web developers to manage website content and ensure a dynamic, user-friendly experience.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform digital marketing initiatives.
Work in coordination with the other department staff to develop and produce video content for marketing campaigns, event promotions, and member engagement.
Assist in planning and executing video messages from leadership, event highlights, and educational content to align with association goals.
Edit and optimize videos for use across social media, email campaigns, and the website, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
Support cross-departmental initiatives by creating video content that enhances communication and engagement with members.
Marketing & Communications
Work in unison with the Director of Communications & Director of Eventsto develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance engagement, brand awareness, and event attendance.
Support the creation and management of marketing materials to align with public relations initiatives and promotional efforts.
Assist in analyzing and tracking the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Collaborate on the development and refinement of promotional brochures and marketing collateral.
Contribute to the planning and execution of long-term and short-term marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, marketing, and/or social media management.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Basic knowledge of web design, HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal).
Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, email marketing platforms, and social media scheduling tools.
Soft Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work both independently and in a team setting.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Qualifications:
Prior experience in an association, REALTOR® organization, or trade group is a plus.
Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM systems is beneficial.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $68,000.00 – $86,000.00 per year
