The Digital Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Marketing and embrace the vision above. They possess a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including campaign building, brand awareness, and social media management. This role requires proficiency in digital marketing tools, SEO & analytics, as well as a passion for creating brand-driven content for digital channels and physical print.

STRATEGIC RESPONSIBILITIES & OVERSIGHT

Participate in the planning and development of marketing activations, projects, and campaigns.
Implement cohesive digital campaigns across multiple social media accounts, newsletters, print, and other HomeState marketing channels.
Maintain and enforce HomeState’s brand voice, tone, and aesthetic across all campaigns and platforms to ensure a cohesive and compelling brand experience.
Work collaboratively and coordinate within the department and cross-functional teams.
Produce, film, and edit short-form content for HomeState social platforms that balances creativity, trend, and business needs.
Develop and manage social media content calendars, encompassing trend content, always-on activity and engagement, new product launches, and brand campaigns.
Assist with photoshoots and capture content as needed to utilize for social content and marketing campaigns.
Deliver regular (monthly, quarterly, campaign-specific) reports on marketing campaign performance and social media trends to internal teams and key stakeholders.
Create visually appealing graphics and content using Adobe Creative Suite for various marketing campaigns.
Utilize HomeState digital marketing and project tools such as Paytronix, Asana, Instagram, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), Facebook, Yext (SEO Management Tool)
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the digital landscape.

Requirements:

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

1-2 years of commensurate experience, preferably in a high-volume, multi-unit, limited service, growing restaurant concept.
Excellent communication, supervisory, and organizational skills required; must be strategic, self-motivated, agile and resilient in a fast paced business environment.
Strong communication, organizational, problem solving and leadership skills
Kind, personable, servant nature, and enthusiastic.
Availability to work a minimum of five days per week. Extended hours and/or a sixth day may occasionally be required. Weekends, day shifts and evening shifts may be required.
Must maintain regular, predictable attendance, which includes attendance at all scheduled shifts, training and meetings.
Must maintain a clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time (6 or more hours per shift, excluding break times).
Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 40 pounds (examples include boxes of printed materials and taking out the trash).
Ability to frequently bend and reach overhead (examples include stocking office supplies).
May be required to occasionally work in outdoor weather conditions or fluctuating temperatures (such as in the patio dining areas).
Ability to perform certain repetitive motion activities (e.g., typing.)
Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
