Responsibilities:
Responsible for company X/You Tube/Tik Tok/Linked In/Facebook’s platform construction, operations, and customer relations maintenance, enhancing company products/brands’ influence on social media overseas.
Highly sensitive to market hot spots and events, quickly planning/hosting/participating in X Spaces; collaborating with the team to produce graphic and video content, including promotional copy, social media activities, and advertising creativity.
Analyzed and mined the interests and needs of target users; maintained core KOL and fan groups, effectively increasing the number and activity of fans on multiple platforms.
Monitor market feedback and competitive product marketing events related to the company in overseas communities and social media; report relevant behaviors in a timely manner, propose planning plans, and improve awareness of the company’s brand and products.
Participate in the strategy formulation and implementation of social media-related projects; track the effect of overseas social media
promotion
, periodically analyze data, evaluate the effect, and provide a basis for the company’s decision-making.
Coordinate and support the
promotion
needs of activities, products, commerce, and other business departments across departments.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above;
Russian as a mother tongue or proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).Senior Crypto player with at least three years of experience in the Web3 industry and overseas new media operation; familiar with major overseas social and new media platforms and marketing operation modes such as X/Tik Tok/You Tube.
Familiar with Crypto community language; skilled at grasping and guiding topics, planning various online activities, and attracting fans with content and activities.
Ability to plan video scripts and edit production; independent planning and production of multiple video campaigns is preferred (please attach portfolio).Active in work, with strong team spirit, self-drive, planning ability, and execution ability.
