Job Description:
We are seeking a Russian-speaking Customer Service Executive with marketing experience to manage client interactions, enhance
customer satisfaction
, and support marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while contributing to the clinic’s growth through strategic marketing efforts .
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional support in Russian and English . Manage client bookings, follow-ups , and ensure seamless
communication
between departments . Address client concerns professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Assist with marketing campaigns , including content creation, social media management , and email marketing. Maintain an organized customer database and track interactions to improve service delivery.
Support the sales team by identifying opportunities for
cross-selling
services and products .
Qualifications and Skills:
Fluency in Russian and English is a must (spoken and written ). Prior experience in customer service or a client-facing role . Background or proven experience in marketing , preferably in healthcare or
wellness
industries . Strong
communication
and interpersonal skills . Proficiency in using CRM tools and marketing platforms . Basic skills in social media content creation , including graphic design tools (e.g., Canva ).

Additional Requirements:
Availability in Dubai is essential, as this is an on-site role . Given the nature of our clinic and client interactions, this role is best suited for female candidates who can provide a welcoming and comfortable experience for our clients.
