Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to take ownership of one of our key client accounts. This individual will play a pivotal role in managing a team of brand ambassadors and overseeing our outreach efforts to generate signups for our client’s platform. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with exceptional organizational skills, strong

leadership

abilities, and a

proven track record

in lead generation and account management.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management:

Manage a single key client account, ensuring all campaign deliverables are met or exceeded.

Build and maintain a strong relationship with the client, providing regular updates and insights.

Team Management:

Lead and motivate a team of 15-20 brand ambassadors to generate high-quality leads.

Provide guidance and feedback to ensure the team meets performance goals.

Lead Generation and Funnel

Optimization

:

Leverage brand ambassadors and existing outreach strategies to identify prospective users.

Develop and implement new systems to bring more users into the top of the funnel.

User Engagement:

Set up prospective calls or facilitate direct user signups.

Keep detailed records of where leads originated, who closed the deal, and other relevant metrics.

Strategic Contribution:

Analyze performance data to refine and optimize outreach strategies.

Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure alignment with broader company goals.

Qualifications Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar role, ideally in a marketing or growth-focused environment.

Strong

leadership

skills with experience managing teams.

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute lead generation strategies.

Excellent organizational skills and

attention to detail

Strong interpersonal and

communication skills

Proficient in CRM software and other tools for managing leads and tracking performance.
