Sales Agent Job Description
Full-time, In-office (NO PART TIME OR WORK FROM HOME)
Nationwide leads connected directly to you
Inbound Calls (NO COLD CALLING!)
Assess clients’ needs and provide appropriate advice on insurance coverage options & their associated costs
Develop and maintain relationships with clients
Process applications, payments and renewals
Stay up-to-date on changes within the insurance industry
Meet and exceed monthly sales & performance goals
Weekly commission as well as bonus pay opportunities
Our ideal candidate should have the following:
Must possess active 2-15 or 2-40 license and be appointed with UnitedHealthcare & Ambetter Health.
Drive! We are looking for our agents to be self-motivated and hungry for success.
A teachable attitude; willing to learn our proven, successful methods from trainers and mentors.
Ability to stay confident, overcome objections, and close sales over the phone.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Strong time-management and computer/internet skills.
