Requirement: 3 positions (1 candidate for Each place – Chennai / Ahmedabad / Hyderabad)Roles And Responsibilities
Get the sale using various customer sales methods like cold calling, Reference, direct connect, presentations, etc.
Appoint channel sales partners & manage them to get their sales.
Appoint business associates to pitch our business to tier existing clients
Forecast sales, develop out of the box sales strategies/models, and evaluate their effectiveness.
Evaluate customer’s skills, and needs and build productive long lasting relationships.
Meet personal and team sales targets.
Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads.
Attend meetings, sales events, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments.
Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data.
Maintain and expand the client database within your assigned territory.
Visit the site to close the sale for projects
Visit clients on the generation of inquiries & convert them into sales
Concentration – 75 % project sales 25% CP & DSA
Required Skills
Proven sales experience in the related field
Have his own face value in his territory
Familiarity with different sales techniques
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and driven, proactive, zeal to learn & grow

Qualification
MBA – Sales & Marketing or related field, Bachelor’s degree in marketing, BBA
Experience
1 to 2 Years or more

Experience In The Field Of –
Roofing industry /insulation/other competitors/waterproofing/roof eco ventilator/Building material/ Architectural products/ Floor coatings/ paint industry/ Industry background/ construction chemicals
Solar or Thermal Insulation Industry
