We are seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team. As Sales and Marketing you will have pivotal role in generating revenue for a company by answering inbound inquiries from potential customers as well as maintaining and nurturing existing customer relationships. This position requires a combination of sales acumen, communication skills, and product knowledge to meet and exceed sales targets.

What You’ll Do
Prospect, identify, and engage with potential corporate clients in various markets.
Communicate with customers through various channels such as social and sales platforms, phone calls, emails and video conferencing.
Acquire an in-depth understanding of the company’s products/services, their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Provide accurate quotes, pricing, and proposals to potential customers based on their needs, negotiating as necessary to close deals.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase how the products/services can solve the customer’s problems.
Maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business, upsell additional products/services, and generate referrals.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and quotas set by the company.
Regularly update and maintain CRM systems to track customer interactions, sales progress, and forecast potential sales revenue.
Handle all customer service issues that arise post sale.
Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies
Support the marketing in daily administrative tasks
Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports
Collaborate on content creation for social media platforms
Contribute to the creation of graphic design elements for various marketing materials
