Objective

This position is responsible for social media planning, development of written communications for multiple marketing channels and acts as the social voice for assigned Monster Brewing brands/products.

Essential Responsibilities

Collaborates on digital marketing strategy, planning, scheduling, and reporting for assigned Monster Brewing brands/products.
Social Media Management – Work collaboratively on the development/execution of social media strategy for assigned brand(s) including content creation, scheduling, & community management
Content Creation – Produces copy and video/images for social media, digital assets, and contributes to other projects across all channels in addition to assisting & attending photo shoots as needed
Influencer Marketing – Identify & collaborate with relevant influencers to amplify brand messaging
Analytics & Reporting – Measures and reports performance of social media and digital campaigns.
Website Management – Works with brand manager to keep websites up to date with new products and content.
Campaign Management – Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.

Additional Responsibilities

Attends events to obtain, post, and promote onsite content.
Assists with the orders and shipments of samples, merchandise, and press mailers.
Identifies areas for process improvement.
Monitors industry best practices and competitive deep dives.
Performs other related duties as required or assigned.
Requirements:

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels best practices including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, & content marketing.
Experience with advertising platforms such as Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Proficiency in data analysis & ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
Knowledge of creative writing in a brand voice.
Skill in photo, video, editing, and design.
Skill in problem-solving and metrics-driven thinking.
Skill in effective communication.
Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
Ability to think creatively within deadlines and pay acute attention to detail.
Passion for the beverage/beer industry preferred.

Physical & Mental Requirements

Must have the physical and mental strength and endurance to be able to perform duties, in at times extreme environments, as well as the ability to handle stressors of the position in operational and administrative situations. Required to frequently lift and move 10 -25 pounds. Expected to stand, sit, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, talk, hear, taste, smell, see, and operate objects, tools, and controls.
