As we continue to grow, we are seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Revenue to join our incubator team and drive our brand forward.

Position Summary: Are you a marketing expert with a strong background in the startup, Direct-to-Consumer, Subscription, Agency, or Ecommerce space? Are you looking for an opportunity to design and build a world-class marketing program from the ground up within a fast-growing business automation company? Do you have experience developing creative strategies and assets for paid media and conversion-focused content/campaigns? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing function. As the Director of Marketing, you will spearhead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, emphasizing customer acquisition and retention, with a focus on promoting our online pharmacy services. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing multiple digital agencies, upgrading creative for digital ads, and overseeing email campaigns to our database.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage teams to hit specific revenue and profit goals
Help to come up with creative solutions when businesses have issues with Google or Facebook policies
Have experience managing a minimum $250k a month in ad spend
Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy:
Create and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition and retention, with a focus on ROI and cost-effectiveness.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
Manage email marketing:
Create and implement email marketing strategies
Growth and Product Marketing:
Focus on growth marketing strategies to drive significant business growth.
Develop and implement product marketing initiatives to promote services effectively.
Utilize data to back marketing strategies and articulate the impact of marketing actions.
Agency Management:
Oversee and manage relationships with multiple digital agencies, ensuring effective collaboration, performance, and delivery of creative assets.
Ensure alignment of agency efforts with overall brand strategy and goals.
Affiliate Marketing:
Establish and manage affiliate partnerships to expand the reach of our services and increase customer acquisition.
Monitor affiliate performance and optimize partnerships to maximize ROI.
Creative Pipeline:
Collaborate with digital agencies to deliver high-performing, compliant digital ads, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
Develop and manage creative assets for paid media campaigns and conversion-focused content.
Data Analysis and Optimization:
Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to monitor campaign effectiveness, make data-driven decisions, and continually optimize marketing efforts.
Conduct split testing and implement changes based on data insights to improve performance.
Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Budget Management:
Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring that marketing spend aligns with performance goals and ROI targets.
Monitor expenditures and adjust strategies to maximize budget efficiency.

Qualifications:

Experience taking a startup company from $1 million to minimum $25 million in revenue.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a startup environment, navigating ambiguity and driving results amidst rapid growth and evolving priorities.
Proven experience in hiring, firing, managing and growing teams.
Five+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong track record of successful direct-to-consumer campaigns; healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience preferred.
Proven experience driving results through multiple startup companies.
Demonstrated success in developing and managing creative pipelines for digital ads, particularly on platforms like Facebook and Instagram, from ideation to execution.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Highly organized, process-oriented with high standards and attention to detail.
Experience in growth marketing and product marketing within a startup environment.
Proven track record of leveraging data to drive marketing decisions and actions.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
