Job Description
We are seeking a passionate, self-driven, natural born sales person with a desire to make a difference in people’s lives. As our newest marketing/sales representative you will market prosepcts while getting your insurance license. As a full-time sales representative you will help individuals, families, and small businesses secure their tomorrows. We market enough for you to present 8 times per day. That does not happen in any other agency!
Salary: $70000.00 – $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities
Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
Generate and develop insurance quotes,
Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
Create relationships from a cold start.
Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start.
Professional phone etiquette.
Excellent Spelling and Grammar skills.
Great Customer Service Skills.
Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
Be capable of handling customer rejection.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
