Job Description:
As aSales and Marketing Executive at AEZOOM, you will be responsible for driving sales, developing marketing strategies, and supporting the director with administrative tasks. We are looking for a candidate who is not only passionate about cycling but also driven, independent, and able to handle various tasks with
flexibility
and enthusiasm.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive product sales.
Create and implement marketing campaigns to increase
brand awareness
.
Provide administrative support to the director as needed.
Work independently and be self-motivated in achieving sales and marketing goals.
Maintain an
up-to-date
knowledge of industry trends, cycling products, and customer preferences.
Support in event planning, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
Flexibility
to take on various tasks as required.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales and marketing (preferably in the cycling or sports industry).Knowledge of bicycles, or a genuine interest in cycling (bonus).Strong
communication
and interpersonal skills.
Aggressive and
results-driven
with the ability to work independently.
Self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
Flexible in task arrangement and willing to support the director in administrative tasks.
Positive attitude
with a willingness to
learn and grow
within the company.
