Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented marketing and sales consultant to help us connect with schools, community organizations, and other potential partners for our STEM training programs. This role primarily involves using our existing templates to engage potential clients, manage phone outreach campaigns, and suggest improvements to better engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of phone marketing best practices and excellent verbal communication skills.
Many of the prospects who you’ll be calling will have opened several emails from us, so it’s not completely cold.
Duties
Utilize our loose call templates to execute outreach campaigns targeting schools, nonprofits, and community centers.
Manage and track phone campaigns using a variety of online tools.
Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain consistent communication with prospects.
Analyze the performance of phone campaigns and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Collaborate with the team to align messaging with our brand and mission.
Requirements
Experience in phone marketing, sales outreach, or a similar role.
Strong verbal communication skills to effectively deliver and adapt scripts as needed.
Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and suggest data-driven improvements.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with the education sector or STEM programs is a plus.
