Sales and Marketing Executive for Hotels and Restaurants in Ras Al Khaimah
We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Executive with prior experience in a similar field, specifically catering to hotels, restaurants, and food service providers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the food service industry and will be responsible for developing and implementing market strategies to grow our client base, increase sales, and promote our products effectively within UAE.
This is a full-time, on-site role, and only candidates with experience in similar industries should apply. Freshers or candidates without industry-specific experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Strategy Development: Plan and implement effective market strategies targeting hotels, restaurants, and other food service providers in Ras Al Khaimah, ensuring alignment with the company’s business objectives.
Sales & Client Acquisition: Proactively identify new business opportunities, build relationships with hotels and restaurants, and drive sales growth through effective sales pitches and negotiations.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction through timely product deliveries, high-quality service, and addressing any concerns promptly.
Market Research & Insights: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities. Use these insights to adjust marketing strategies and improve sales efforts.
Marketing & Communication: Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to increase brand awareness and product visibility among hotels and restaurants in the region.
Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance, track key metrics, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with operations, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure smooth product delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, strictly within the food service industry, such as hotels, restaurants, or supermarkets and hypermarkets.
Skills:
Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
In-depth knowledge of the UAE hotel and restaurant market.
Strong marketing knowledge and experience in implementing campaigns.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Personality:
Motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities with creative thinking.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Languages: Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
