Job Description
We are looking for adynamicand enthusiasticSales & Marketing Internto support our business growth. This role involves a combination of sales, digital marketing, andcustomer engagementactivities to enhance brand visibility and boost sales for Dermagenix’s skincare products and services.
Roles & Responsibilities
Sales &Customer Engagement:
Assist in promoting skincare products and services to potential customers.
Generate leads and convert inquiries into appointments or sales.
Provideproduct knowledgeand consultation to customers.
Support in maintaining customer relationships and following up with clients for feedback and repeat business.
Marketing & Branding:
Assist in executing marketing campaigns (both online and offline) to increasebrand awareness.
Support the management of Dermagenix’s social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) by creating engaging content, posts, and reels.
Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and industry trends.
Collaborate with the team to develop promotional materials, including flyers, banners, and email marketing content.
Assist in organizing events, product launches, and skincare awareness campaigns.
Operational Support:
Track sales and marketing performance metrics.
Assist in managing customer databases and maintaining records.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth execution of marketing strategies.
Requirements:
Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Strongcommunicationand interpersonal skills.
Passion for skincare andwellnessis a plus.
Basic knowledge of social media marketing and content creation.
Ability to work in afast-paced environmentand multitask effectively.
