Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
Manage outside sales efforts, identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product development and marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and product development efforts.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients while maintaining high levels of customer service.
Oversee the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and reports to effectively communicate value propositions.
Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.
Lead training sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills in technology sales and customer engagement.
Qualifications
Proven experience in outside sales, technical sales, or technology sales is preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and customer feedback.
Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
Demonstrated ability in business development and managing client relationships effectively.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
