Key Responsibilities of a Field Marketing Specialist:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow zTrip’s market share and customer base.
Develop and implement strategies to establish partnerships with businesses, organizations, and key stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages.
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients, including corporate accounts and local businesses.
Negotiate and finalize contracts with new clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to create targeted campaigns and initiatives.
Track and report business development progress, providing regular updates to senior management.
Represent zTrip at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Manage and nurture existing partnerships to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications for a Field Marketing Specialist:
1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in transportation, logistics, or related industries).
Proven track record of identifying new business opportunities and successfully closing deals.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data.
