Sales and Marketing Manager & Assistant to Owner Jobs in Union, NJ at All Biz Cleaning

Location:

Flexible remote work with occasional on-site responsibilities to interact with workers, owner, and perform quality assurance or sales-related activities. Candidates must be willing and able to commute as needed within north and central New Jersey.

Salary Range:

$20 per hour base pay.

Plus performance based commission if target goals are surpassed.

This is a part-time position. Mon-Fri . 25-30 hrs weekly on avg

Position Overview:

We are looking for an assistant to help manage and grow with our cleaning company.

We would like someone who specializes in marketing to help us in our overall marketing efforts. You will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to generating leads.

You will also be assisting with managing everyday tasks that are needed like answering phone calls, communicating with employees, and managing schedules.

A Marketing specialist should be a competent professional able to conduct marketing campaigns and generate creative ideas. You should also be well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles and tactics. The goal is to deliver effective marketing programs that will help our reputation and growth.

Also you should be an overall sociable person and have knowledge in the sales/customer service since you will be dealing with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Brainstorming and developing ideas for creative marketing campaigns.

Grow new leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).

Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.

Conducting marketing campaigns and promotional materials.

Creating content providing SEO for our website.

Conduct cold calling and prospecting activities to identify and engage potential clients.

Monitoring social media

Making phone calls / answering emails

Tracking payroll and supplies

Managing workers and their schedules

Generating leads and getting new clients / more jobs

Improving ongoing relationship with clients

__Skills__

Proven experience with marketing / advertising in similar role

Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO and market research methods

Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools

Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)

Self-motivated and very sociable (people person)

Demonstrate ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines

Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach

Good knowledge of market research technique and database

Sociable and basic knowledge in sales

BSc/BA in marketing, business or relevant field is a strong advantage

Spanish speaking is also strong advantage
