Our business thrives on innovation, strong relationships, and a commitment to excellence, and now, were looking for a Marketing Specialist to help us amplify our brand and drive sales enablement.
This is an on-site position, offering you the opportunity to work directly with our dynamic team in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What Youll Do:
Marketing Strategy & Sales Enablement
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that support our sales teams and enhance customer engagement.
Align marketing initiatives with sales goals to generate leads, increase conversions, and strengthen customer loyalty.
Digital Marketing & Content Creation
Manage and optimize digital campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other key platforms.
Develop engaging content, including social media posts, newsletters, blog articles, and promotional materials, to capture our audiences attention.
Leverage SEO, email marketing, and analytics to refine messaging and maximize impact.
Event Marketing & Brand Promotion
Plan and execute trade shows, webinars, product launches, and training events to enhance our market presence.
Develop creative strategies to boost event attendance, engagement, and brand visibility.
Supplier Collaboration & Market Positioning
Build strong partnerships with key suppliers to create impactful co-branded marketing campaigns.
Optimize the use of co-op funds to enhance promotional opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

What You Bring:
A Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally across a variety of channels.
Strong writing skills and the ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
A creative, problem-solving mindset that thrives on finding new solutions.
Project management skills to juggle multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
Stellar organizational skills and attention to detail.
The ability to thrive under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and stay cool in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
Bonus if you have graphic design experience (Adobe Creative Suite) or HVAC/Refrigeration industry experience.
