Key Responsibilities
Develop and monitor sales/marketing activities to increase sales revenue and achieve sales goals
Identify and establish new revenue, collection and activity goals
Evaluate all sales and marketing plans and self performance metrics toward sales goals
Actively coordinate sales and marketing plan events to increase community awareness and centers of influence (COIs)
Complete annual training and CE classes
Requirements:
Valid Driver’s License
1+ years of sales and marketing experience
Capable of working in fast-paced, team oriented environment while being self-motivated, goal-oriented and multi-tasking
Effective written and oral communication
Experience in strong team interaction with tangible leadership skills
Solid organization and planning capabilities with strong attention to detail
Experience in mitigation/cleaning/restoration industry preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Proficiency with sales and marketing software
Ability to meet new people and develop rapport
Bachelor’s degree in sales or marketing a plus
Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary
Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
