Marketing Operations Assistant – Full-Time (Louisville, KY, In-House)
VOXR AI is seeking a highly tech-savvy, detail-oriented professional to support our daily operations, platform management, and automation processes. This is a full-time, in-house position (not remote) based in Louisville, KY, with a 90-day probationary period to ensure the right fit.

Key Responsibilities
Technology & Platform Support
Assist with setup, management, and troubleshooting of the VOXR AI platform.
Support AI workflows, CRM integrations, and automation tools (Zapier, Twilio, etc.).
Monitor data tracking, reporting, and system performance to enhance efficiency.
Provide basic tech support for internal teams and clients as needed.
Operations & Workflow Management
Optimize daily operational workflows to improve productivity.
Manage lead pipelines, campaign execution, and performance dashboards.
Assist in developing automations and process enhancements to streamline tasks.
Administrative & Organizational Support
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and operational projects.
Maintain clear documentation of processes and workflows.
Support client onboarding and platform setup as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
Strong technical aptitude – Experience with AI platforms, automation tools, CRM systems, and integrations.
Excellent problem-solving skills – Ability to troubleshoot issues and enhance operational workflows.
Process & systems thinker – Comfortable refining and structuring workflows for efficiency.
Highly detail-oriented – Capable of managing multiple priorities with precision.
Strong communication skills – Ability to work cross-functionally and provide clear documentation.
In-House Position – Must be based in Louisville, KY (this is NOT a remote role).
