We are looking for a responsible and experienced to join our Team. The accountability and responsibility of this role entails providing Sales Operational Support to our Sales Team. A successful Sales Coordinator should ensure the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of our office.

Ensures that customers receive the quickest service possible
Order Planning & Follow Up with Production through SCM
Product Catalogue and Price List support to Mktg. Team
Order Processing – Internal & External, Dispatch Plan
Payment adjustment in Accounts, Sync with CRM Exec
Releasing Sales Orders to Plant from time to time to help them plan production and purchase
Follow Up & Tracking of Mkt. Executive, Solving queries of Mkt. Executive.
Database updating of Dealer & Distributor, Follow Up with Dealers (Secondary Sales)
OEM / Tier 1 – Customer Quotes, Schemes & Coupons Handling
Providing Data to GM – As per requirement,
Follow up for payments
Prepare important sales reports & MIS and share as agreed frequency
