Job Description:
As a Budtender & Social Media Specialist, you will play a key role in providing customers with expert product recommendations while also managing and growing our social media presence. You’ll be responsible for creating engaging content, interacting with our online community, and ensuring that our brand remains visible and relevant.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with product recommendations based on their needs.
Educate customers about cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods.
Create engaging social media content, including photos, videos, and written posts for platforms such as Instagram and Facebook.
Monitor and engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages.
Work with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
Stay informed about cannabis trends, industry updates, and new product offerings.
Assist with inventory tracking, stocking, and general store maintenance as needed.
Maintain a welcoming, clean, and organized retail environment.
Perform accurate cash handling and management
Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail or customer service (cannabis industry preferred).
Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for cannabis culture and products.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be at least 21 years old.
