About the role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Specialist tojoin our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in generating and nurturing leads, expanding our customer base, and driving revenue growth. You will have the opportunity tolearn and growyour skillsin various aspects of marketing, including lead nurturing, outbound prospecting, marketing automation, and data analysis.

Launch and scale outbound prospecting motion

Identify new opportunities for lead engagement

What you’ll do

Research and identify potential customers that align with our ideal customer profile.

Conduct outreach through email, social media, and other channels.

Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.

Craft compelling and personalized email sequences for different stages of the buyer’s journey.

A/B test different messaging and subject lines to optimize open and click-through rates.

Ensure all outreach adheres to messaging best practices.

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads through the sales funnel.

Segment lists and personalize messaging based on lead behavior and demographics, firmographics, etc.

Track and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement.

Utilize marketing automation tools (Unify, RB2B) to streamline and scale marketing efforts.

Build and optimize automated workflows for lead nurturing and scoring.

Track and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of automation initiatives.

Collect and analyze data from various sources to track sales and marketing performance and identify trends.

Generate reports and dashboards to communicate insights to the team.

Use data to inform sales and marketing strategies and optimize campaigns.

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in a marketing or sales role (internships included)

Excellent written and verbalcommunication skills

Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
