Role Overview

The Sales Enablement & Operations Leader will focus on bridging strategy and execution, optimizing sales processes, managing outbound campaigns, and driving initiatives to generate leads.

Key Responsibilities

Lead

Optimization

and Management

Design and manage workflows in  Hub Spot  to nurture leads and track their journey through the sales funnel.

Optimize lead handoff processes for seamless transitions from marketing to sales.

Leverage heatmap tools like  Hotjar  and analytics platforms to analyze website performance, identify user behavior patterns, and improve conversion rates.

Inbound Lead Generation and Strategy

Collaborate with SEO and PPC teams to monitor campaign effectiveness and recommend adjustments to maximize inbound lead generation.

Develop and execute data-driven strategies to optimize website landing pages and forms for lead capture.

Use Hub Spot’s database and automation features to create sequenced email campaigns and newsletters that add value, build awareness, and generate potential leads.

Outbound Lead Generation and Tools Management

Utilize tools like  Zoom Info  for data enrichment, prospect segmentation, and targeted outbound campaigns.

Develop and implement outbound strategies, including sequenced email campaigns and messaging tailored to the ideal customer profile.

Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach efforts and messaging for higher response rates.

Data Analytics and Insights

Monitor website KPIs, campaign performance, and lead conversion rates using tools like  Google Analytics ,  Hotjar , and Hub Spot reports.

Provide actionable insights from data to refine lead generation strategies, optimize campaigns, and enhance the sales pipeline.

Track performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for

leadership

, highlighting trends and recommending improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with SEO/PPC teams, content creators,

Qualifications and Skills

Mandatory Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.

3–5 years of experience  in similar roles with the following experience.

Experience

Hub Spot Expertise : 3+ years of experience managing workflows, lead tracking, and automation to optimize sales processes.

Heatmap Tools :

Proficiency in tools like  Hotjar  for tracking user behavior and improving website conversion rates.

Outbound Lead Generation :

Hands-on experience

with tools like  Zoom Info  for data enrichment, segmentation, and prospecting.

SEO and Paid Campaigns :

Solid understanding of managing and optimizing SEO strategies and paid campaigns using tools like Google Ads and SEMrush.

Data-Driven Decision Making :

Strong

analytical skills

to extract actionable insights from multiple data sources.
