Job Summary:
We are looking for a driven and knowledgeable Sales Executive to promote and sell our call center solutions to businesses seeking to enhance their customer service operations. This role involves identifying client needs, proposing tailored solutions (such as call center software, infrastructure, or outsourcing services), and closing deals that drive business growth. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B sales, preferably in tech or telecom sectors, with a solid understanding of call center operations and customer experience solutions.
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within targeted industries and regions.
Conduct discovery meetings to understand clients’ contact center needs and pain points.
Present and demonstrate call center solutions, including features, benefits, and ROI.
Develop customized proposals and pricing strategies in coordination with technical and operations teams.
Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline via CRM tools and regular follow-ups.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with mid-sized to enterprise-level clients.
Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage upselling and referrals.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements.
Requirements:
2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in IT, telecom, or contact center solutions.
Strong understanding of call center technology, including VoIP, CRM, IVR, and omnichannel platforms.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience selling SaaS or cloud-based contact center platforms.
Technical knowledge of call center infrastructure and integrations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
