Description
This is a Consultant role in our Activation specialism and is responsible for the relationship with our agency partners, data integrity and supporting the media analysis for our clients who are among the world’s largest advertisers.
Key Responsibilities
Build relationships with media agency stakeholders and collect the relevant data, either directly from the platforms or via reports shared by the agency team, in a timely and efficient manner.
Use Power BI dashboards to verify monthly cost and performance data vs the raw platform reports and ensure data quality.
Process data automatically using our internal tools, provide feedback where necessary and report interface anomalies while resolving them and managing timelines.
Coordinating with other team members, including Insights, Client Partners, Production and other internal stakeholders.
Gather knowledge of media campaign naming taxonomies and be able to map brands using brand campaign identification codes
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Your education and background has been focused on digital operations, marketing, advertising or similar.
Experience working at media agencies and within media buying & technology platforms, such as Media Ocean, DV360 (Google Suite), TTD, Meta, TikTok, Amazon, 3rd Party Ad Verification Partners etc.
Excellent understanding of the digital activation & operations and the associated media ecosystem and processes.
Knowledge of data visualisation tools such as Power BI and the ability to use these tools in the day-to-day operations.
Advanced MS Excel skills, including using specific mathematical formulas, pivot table functions along with understanding of other Microsoft Office tools.
Keen interest and passion for all things digital and marketing.
Experience working with commerce media is advantageous (Amazon, CitrusAd, Walmart, etc.).
You are very organized, with excellent attention to detail, a strong analytical mind and solution oriented.
Desire to review data sets with a curiosity to dig deeper and to strengthen media fundamentals
You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a “can-do” attitude and great team spirit.
