Our client is a rapidly growing, vertically integrated cannabis company dedicated to providing exceptional products and experiences to their customers and developing the best sales talent within Oregon cannabis. With a strong focus on a consultative sales process and a commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our team of sales professionals.
Responsibilities:
Strategically drive sales of competitive CPG brands across Oregon.
Expand the company’s market presence by securing additional dispensary accounts.
Develop and maintain sales forecasts and goals, collaborating with the Production team to align supply with demand.
Ensure all accounts remain fully stocked with our complete product offerings.
Execute product sample drops and in-person visits to convert leads into sales.
Lead and oversee a high-performing sales team covering the entire state.
Set clear performance benchmarks, monitor progress, and ensure proper utilization of sales tools and documentation.
Provide education and support to accounts regarding product offerings, promotions, and marketing assets.
Ensure effective delivery routing by Sales Reps and Brand Ambassadors.
Maintain accurate and detailed records on all accounts using a CRM system.
Regularly travel, using a company vehicle, to outlying territories beyond the Portland Metro area to engage with dispensary partners.
Gather market feedback and customer insights to inform executive team decisions.
Drive sales growth and meet revenue targets.
Job Requirements
Must be 21 years or older (OLCC regulation).
High school diploma or GED.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
4+ years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.
2+ years of leadership or team management experience.
Strong knowledge of cannabis products and the industry.
Highly self-motivated, persistent, and confident in driving sales.
Comfortable with long-distance travel and extended driving hours.
