We are looking for adynamicand experiencedSales Managertojoin our teamon a part-time or contract basis.
Tasks
Drive lead generation and business growth through telemarketing and other active marketing strategies across multiple channels (phone, email, social media, etc.).
Identify and build relationships with potential clients, focusing on understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects and ensure timely follow-ups to close deals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales campaigns with overall company goals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to prospective clients.
Provide regularsales performanceupdates and forecasts to management.
Requirements
Ability to work effectively in the US time zone to connect with clients and prospects.
Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably within an agency setting or a client-focused environment.
Previous experience in the transportation or related industries is a plus.
Exceptional verbal and written Englishcommunication skills, with no discernible accent.
Strong telemarketing skills with the ability to effectively communicate value and close deals over the phone.
Familiarity with active marketing techniques using various channels (e.g., CRM systems, Linked In, email marketing).
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote, flexible schedule.
