Northpoint Aesthetics, a medical spa in Northglenn, has been offering laser aesthetic courses in the North Denver area for about ten years. We have just opened an expansion of our current office and would like to expand the offerings of our courses.
Summary
As a Salesperson at Northpoint Aesthetics, you will be instrumental in promoting our courses as graduate continuing education. Our ideal customers would be doctors, nurses, PAs, NPs and aestheticians. They should already hold a license and be working in the field, but have the desire to pick up advanced aesthetics skills. We offer online and in-person courses for both injectables and aesthetic lasers. Our goal is to hold one course of five students each month, and eventually grow to two courses per month.
Responsibilities
Recruit and enroll students in online and in-person courses
Sales calls and strategy development
Management of the customer database
Coordination of course promotion efforts
Advice on social media promotion
Reactivation of past students
Weekly consulting meetings (60-90 minutes) as necessary
Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service or sales, preferably within the beauty or wellness industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with potential students quickly
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve sales goals
Knowledge of CRM management software

Pay: $68,649.00 – $81,863.00 per year
