We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans
Manage and lead the sales team to meet sales targets
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective marketing campaigns
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities and performance
Oversee account management activities to ensure customer satisfaction
Provide leadership and guidance to the sales and marketing teams
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, account management, or related field
Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage complex sales processes
Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Knowledge of technical sales or technology industry is a plus

Pay: $76,554.00 – $85,758.00 per year
