We are a group of three portfolio companies (CEBA Solutions, Loop ERP and Indogen) operating in the NetSuite ecosystem, offering software, services, and solutions tailored to businesses leveraging NetSuite. Our companies focus on NetSuite implementation, integrations, custom development, and industry-specific ERP solutions.

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can drive marketing initiatives across all three portfolio companies, helping us build brand awareness, generate leads, and optimize digital marketing efforts. If you’re a versatile marketer who enjoys working on multiple brands, managing full-funnel marketing strategies, and executing campaigns that drive real business impact—this is the role for you.

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will oversee and execute a wide range of marketing initiatives, from website updates and asset creation to demand generation and paid advertising. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, working across multiple brands while maintaining a clear and consistent message for each.

Key Responsibilities

Website Management: Update and maintain the websites for all three portfolio companies, ensuring SEO optimization, strong messaging, and conversion-driven design.
Marketing Asset Creation: Develop case studies, one-pagers, blog posts, whitepapers, email templates, and PowerPoint decks tailored to different audiences.
Digital Advertising: Manage Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid campaigns to drive traffic and generate leads.
Cold Email Campaigns: Craft and execute targeted outbound email sequences to engage prospects.
Marketing Funnels & Workflows: Set up and manage lead generation workflows, automation, and nurture sequences to move prospects through the funnel.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that support business growth.
Social Media & Thought Leadership: Manage LinkedIn and other social platforms to boost brand credibility and engage our audience.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor marketing analytics, track campaign performance, and optimize efforts based on data-driven insights

What We’re Looking For

✅ 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, SaaS, ERP, or NetSuite-related industries.

✅ Hands-on experience with website management (WordPress, Webflow, or similar CMS).

✅ Strong copywriting skills for marketing collateral, cold emails, and ad copy.

✅ Proficiency in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and digital advertising strategies.

✅ Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign).

✅ Ability to plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns with a strong emphasis on lead generation.

✅ Strong project management skills, able to juggle multiple brands and initiatives at once.

✅ Familiarity with SEO, A/B testing, and CRO best practices.

✅ Experience in PowerPoint design for sales decks and marketing presentations.

Nice-to-Have Skills

âž• Experience marketing NetSuite, ERP, or SaaS solutions.

âž• Familiarity with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies.

âž• Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite, or Figma) for quick asset creation.

Pay: $45,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
