We are actively searching for a Marketing & Sales Coordinator to join our client’s team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing & Sales Coordinator plays a key role in executing marketing strategies and supporting sales initiatives. This position involves working closely with sales and marketing teams to provide administrative and strategic support.

This is a 14-month contract that starts on April 1, 2025. This is a hybrid role which requires the talent to work onsite at our client’s office in Stittsville, ON 3 days per week.

Responsibilities:

Marketing & Sales Support:

Implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives for products and services.

Support sales teams by providing relevant data, market trends, forecasts, account analysis, and product updates.

Relay customer service requests and ensure follow-ups are completed.

Prepare post-event reports, marketing program analyses, and regular status updates.

Maintain a cohesive corporate brand image across promotional materials, websites, and events.

Communication & Market Research:

Manage company social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.

Conduct market research, monitor industry trends, and track competitor activities.

Maintain research databases and provide insights on emerging trends and new product developments.

Share industry news and updates with the team during monthly meetings.

Draft reports, background documentation, and research findings.

Administrative Responsibilities:

Update and maintain Salesforce and internal contact databases.

Organize and coordinate sales meetings and promotional events.

Provide administrative support to the Marketing Manager.

Assist in developing presentations and marketing materials.

Take detailed meeting minutes during conference calls and team meetings.

Generate monthly sales reports and other required documentation.

Stay updated on industry trends through professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

1-2 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales support, or administration.

Experience managing business social media platforms.

Strong time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities.

Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data.

Sound judgment and decision-making skills.

Strong writing and communication skills, with proper grammar and punctuation.

Professional, organized, and adaptable approach to work.
