Position Overview
As a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting business development opportunities and marketing initiatives. Reporting to the CRO, this position combines administrative support, client communication, and strategic marketing responsibilities to drive company growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Support & Client Relations
Organize and prepare sales materials, presentations, and reports
Maintain accurate client records and sales data
Serve as a backup contact to the sales team for client inquiries
Draft proposals, contracts, and client communications
Coordinate appointment scheduling and follow-up activities
Develop month-end client recaps and case studies
Marketing & Content Development
Create content aligned with marketing strategy (blogs, videos, ads, webpages, catalogs)
Assist in product feature launches planning and execution
Coordinate trade show participation, including booth layout, setup, and teardown
Conduct market research on prospects, industries, and trends
Monitor competitor activities and industry news
Support product roadmap communication to stakeholders
Conference & Event Management ResponsibilitiesPre-Conference Planning
Develop conference timelines and checklists for 4 annual industry events
Coordinate booth design, materials, and promotional items within budget
Arrange shipping/logistics for booth materials and marketing collateral
Create pre-conference marketing campaigns and attendee engagement strategies
On-Site Management
Manage booth setup and teardown
Coordinate staff schedules and responsibilities during conference
Network with attendees and capture qualified leads
Maintain booth appearance and material inventory
Handle real-time problem resolution and vendor coordination
Document event activities and gather competitive intelligence
Post-Conference Activities
Process and distribute collected leads to sales team
Organize post-event debrief meetings
Create ROI reports and attendance analytics
Manage inventory returns and storage
Develop improvement recommendations for future events
Travel Requirements
15-20 days of annual travel required
Multiple-day conferences in various U.S. locations
Valid driver’s license and passport required
Ability to lift/move materials up to 25 lbs
Comfortable with extended hours during conference periods
Data Analysis & Strategy
Analyze sales data and performance metrics
Generate reports and provide insights to refine strategies
Contribute to sales forecasting models
Research and synthesize user feedback and competitive analyses
Support data-driven decision-making processes
Team Collaboration
Work closely with media, project management, and creative teams
Participate in team meetings and strategy sessions
Maintain effective cross-departmental communication
Support product feature and release timeline communications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field (preferred)
Prior experience in sales support or customer service is advantageous
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Google Suite
Experience with CRM software
Knowledge of paid media and social media marketing (plus)
Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently
Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven approach
Comfortable in fast-paced environments
