Also, since 2015, Smart Monkeys Inc. designs and manufactures its AV systems’ monitoring and management ISAAC platform. We’re looking for a self-motivated, talented and autonomous Sales and Marketing Coordinator.

As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, your primary goal is to bridge the gap between the sales and marketing departments on one hand and our customers and partners on the other, ensuring a seamless flow of information and strategies. This role involves a range of responsibilities, which can be categorized into four key areas: marketing campaign coordination, sales support, market analysis and reporting, and

customer relationship

management.

Assist with lead generation and qualification, helping sales representatives focus on high-potential leads

Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and other materials to aid in the sales process

Maintaincustomer relationshipmanagement (CRM) systems, ensuring accurate data and insights

Provide administrative support to the sales team, freeing them up to focus on revenue-generating activities

Respond to customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Coordinatecustomer satisfactionsurveys to gather feedback and improve products or services

Assist withcustomer retentionstrategies, ensuring loyalty and long-term relationships

Manage customer databases and mailing lists, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Plan and execute marketing strategies to achieve business objectives

Develop promotional materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital content

Manage social media presence and generate engaging content to attract target audiences

Organize events, trade shows, and product launches to showcase products or services

In summary, as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving business growth by coordinating marketing campaigns, supporting sales efforts, and managing customer relationships.Your abilityto balance multiple responsibilities and priorities will be crucial to your success in thisdynamicrole.

Qualifications

Strong written and verbalcommunicationabilities (in English)

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Creativity andproblem-solvingaptitude

The ability to work collaboratively incross-functional teams

Understanding of sales processes and techniques

Familiarity with marketing principles and best practices

Interest in current market trends and consumer behavior

Strong experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Fresh sales)

Proficiency in Marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp)

Familiarity with content management systems and basic web design

Training /

Education

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is not a requirement but a plus

Relevant certifications, such as Digital Marketing orProject Management, are also beneficial

Prior experience in the AV and entertainment industry is a strong plus

Thesalary rangefor this position is $50,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications and is paid monthly
